It's good at about 4am. Of course, I usually wake up around 3pm, then eat dinner at 6pm, lunch at midnight then breakfast an hour or two b4 bed.

I tend to eat Honey Nut Cheerios, or the store brand equivalent. Tasty, and healthy. I do like Fruit Loops as well, but the store brand equivalents taste like poo, and the sugary frosting on the real stuff makes the top of my mouth all raw. Probably because I generally eat a half a box of cereal in a single sitting (the regular size box, not those ginormous, commune sized boxes).
