View Full Version : I can't get a resonse from Rockbandstore

I placed an order with rockbandstore.com for RockBand 2 drums for the 360 in the last week of October. I was notified that they were on backorder, and then discovered that my local Best Buy had them in stock, so I followed the website's instructions for cancellation of an order. I emailed the store in the first week of November to cancel my backordered drums and received a prompt autoreply stating that my email had been received and would be processed shortly. When I didn't hear one way or another after a couple of weeks, I assumed that meant they had just canceled my order as requested, so I purchased other drums. Then last week I get an email, almost 7 weeks after placing my order, saying that my drums have shipped, and of course, I have been charged for them. I sent the store customer service email address an email about this (including the incident email from my cancellation email) and still have received no response. And there does not appear to be any non-email contact information available for the store. What do I have to do to get someone at the store to contact me back? And an I just refuse delivery of the package and challenge the charge on my creditcard? Right now that looks like the only way I'll get my money back.

DOES the ROCK BAND STORE answer its emails I have been waiting for a month

I have emailed Rockband store for the past month and half and THEY will not respond to my emails. I accidently purchased a ROCK BAND WII game thinking it was the NEW one (Rock Band 2). I cancelled my order via email on 11-17-08 like the website suggested. HOWEVER on 12-17-08 the product I didn't want showed up on my door step. THE next day my ACCOUNT was charged $170 for a game that costs $99!
Several more emails went to the site requesting a return for this UNWANTED product and STILL no response. I will never shop at the rockbandstore.com again until they resolve my issue. IF anyone knows how to contact the store via PHONE please post the number so I can get resolution.

Thank you!!! I've been having the same issues, different item, but same problems with their "customer support." Don't they have phones???
