Disabled Drum Player

First off, this is a serious request. I'm not trolling or mocking.

I'd like to play the drums but cannot use the drum pedal; feet are lacking. Is there any way that the drum pedal can be disabled? Missing the foot beats definitely drives the score down. (Oh, and we are playing on a Wii)

1. No Fail (obviously not preferred)
