20 free songs?!?!?

OK, I got Rockband II for Christmas for the wii, and I now know by searching these forums that they have pretty much decieved us about the "downloadable songs by the holidays" :mad::mad:, but what about the 20 free songs with registration? I just went to register mine, and the code that is supposed to be on the back of the manual is NOWHERE to be found?!?!!? Have they totaly hoodwinked us here? I mean, this is an EXPENSIVE game to be lying to the end consumer!!! Am I missing something here?
