Question bout the Songs

Does Harmonix have to pay like a yearly fee or some kind of fee to keep the songs they have on the game there? or is it the other way around?

Not 100% sure but I think the on disc songs are a one time Licensing fee, and the DLC songs may be money split between Harmonix, and all parties involved.
