Double UP Strums?

Hey friends.

My guitar has lasted my through the entire hard and expert solo careers, and earned my band a tour bus. But the Strat got a bit tired last night and decided that it would start double strumming on the up-strum. Down-strums remain unaffected.

(No, I'm not playing with the lefty switch.)

With all the down-strumming problems, I don't think I've seen this particular issue reported before. Any thoughts?

Sounds like the same issue, it's just more prevalent on the down-strum side.
