Are we ever going to get one regarding broken instruments? MAYBE even something from the mods of this forums... sheesh... Silence... that's all we get for our 183 dollars.... this is... like... totally awesome of you guys to just keep quiet and let all of us customers stew in our own broken instruments...

so.. hopefully.. ea does say something... at least show some respect....

Again...wait for the

Depeche Mode Pack includes songs all made famous by Depeche Mode such as "Enjoy the Silence"*, "Just Can't Get Enough"*, "NEVER let me down again"*, "Blasphemous Rumours"*, AND GOD KNOWS YOU NEED "Personal Jesus"* to heal the brokenness inside

I question mark on the topic would have been useful.

Considering EA hasn't gotten back any of the broken peripherals, they can't really make many announcements that anything that broke has been fixed, since they can't be sure what broke.

Also, with people throwing around threats of lawsuits about their peripherals, HMX and EA aren't going to go into this half-cocked. No sense giving the the more litigious among us fodder for a class action.

I highly doubt it. It woudn't be good business to let potential customers know that there is an "x amount" of chance that their potential purchase might come defective.

What we will get is a definite responce to the handling of the warranty. I have read canadians aren't exactly happy with EA.

they may not have said anything, but that doesn't mean they haven't taken action. I've already put in an RMA for my broken guitar and they are replacing it for free and taking care of all the shipping (which they should). My drums are screwed up as well, so I'll be sending those in soon.
