How do I remove the headstock?

I'm wanting to remove the headstock from the guitar but i can't seem to get the thing to budge. I tried just trying to pull it off. That would really suck if the guitar was stuck like that. Anyone have any ideas?

Soemoen already posted that you have to disassemble the neck to get the headstock back off.

I think it's a one time thing. You'll probably need to disassemble the headstock and/or the neck to get it off.
