i think the guitar controller is awesome especially the xbox one feels more solid.in the game i'd like to see a couple things though.i would LOVE to use the wammy bar to actually raise a note in the game like instead of a note that holds in guitar hero that the bar would actually move in it's slot from higher to lower so you have to adjust with the wammy bar to make the note a little higher/lower like with a real guitar. lets say you have Free bird going and you have the note that holds during the singing part that goes slightly lower after a couple seconds. but instead of just holding the red fret button down you actually have to adjust the note bar going down a little towards the green with the wammy bar so you actually feel like you are adjusting the note to the lower part that lies between the green and red notes. and ofcourse a wah pedal!!!for those screaming high notes pushing down on a wah pedal would be the ultimate in guitar games!!

I still believe that Sony has a rule regarding peripherals - that peripherals cannot have a peripheral, so it would have to be USB or something, and not plug into a guitar. Perhaps that rule is no longer in effect, but it was in the PS2 era anyways.

Well what about Xbox 360? Does the rule apply for that as well?

This is my idea for the Guitar Controller:

On the sixaxis controler, there are: four shoulder buttons, four right side buttons, and a four way directional cross. Leaving out up and down on the cross (for movement selection), that leaves a total of ten individual possible notes.

How about instead of one bank of five frets, we have two banks of four or five frets so that it feels more like fingering multiple strings when striking chords?

That's a pretty neat idea right there.
