cant download the 20 song trackpack after accidental cancellation

i accidentally cancelled my download for the free 20 song track pack. is there anyway that i can get this back? ive tried putting the code in again and it says that the code is now invalid. please help

my friend has looked with me and everything and neither of us see it.
i dont know where else to look

is there anyway to redownload it because i just found the incomplete file of it in the memory.

The only way to redownload it is to find it in your Download History. Your code won't work again because you already used it once.

If it's not in the download history, then something is royally ****ed. I'd contact either Microsoft or Sony (you never specified which system you're using).

I have a PS3. I also thought I cancelled out to soon before confirming the promo code. I was able to find the download though under Playstation Network; Account Management; Transaction Management; and then Download List. And it was there with other promo games I had downloaded in the past. If it is not there I suggest emailing EA. Their link is in the email that was sent to you with your code. It took 6 hours to download the 20 bonus songs content; can anyone tell me if this is normal. I am set up on wireless and had a 75% connection all day.I

This actually happened to me as well yesterday, I dropped the controller and it cancelled out :(. How do you access the download hisory on the Xbox 360? I used to be able to find things easily but since the NXE came out I have been having a hard time getting around to settings and stuff. Thanks for your help guys.
