Easy fix for bubbles on rb2 drumset?

i have a rock band 2 drums set and after about 3 weeks or so i found out that the red pad looks like its popping off of the the holder. im just wondering; is their an easy fix that wont cost much?

Personally, I just used silencers to cover and protect the pads, but that works better the earlier you catch the bubbling.

dude ive been through 4 drum sets and thats what happened to me it started off by a bubble then it ripped off but I popped the pad off and put addhessive spray on the pad and the drum it works for a while let the spray dry for like 30 seconds first thats my opinion :)
