Random Fact: My linear algebra professor is on this DVD. She even has a theorem. The Greenwaldian Theorem. You'll see it on a blackboard in one of the episodes.

Doesnt come out in australia for a while, so i downloaded it the other night. It's pretty damn awesome. And unlike the Family Guy movie its actually a movie, not 3 episodes spliced together. Now we just gotta wait for the next movie.

Isn't the series going to be the movies cut into episodes and then some more added stuff?

Also, they're releasing this in HD later. If my player already upscales, I can't imagine it actually looking better even in HD...

it always wil just not as dramatic as a older movie on dvd to a HD transfer. There has been one south park done in HD(fun with weapons) and it was indeed very cool to see in that format).

But when you take a film that wasn't filmed in digital, you can only improve it so much (remaster, upscale, etc.), which is what they do with older movies, so I can't see what difference it'd make between a 2007 animated show on DVD (upscaled, of course) and the same show on HD-DVD/Blu-Ray.

meh it all depends on you and your display. I watch a lot of upscaled dvds but the HD content always looks better.

Lousy 'Box' network. How dare they cancel one of the best shows ever!

I watched it, it's pretty freakin awesome. Although I seem to love any movie/tv show that involves time travel for some reason...

P.s. I actually watched the entire 'Hypnotoad episode'. That was INTENSE!

I'd get it but I didn't see it anywhere. Wasn't really looking since I didn't know it was out.

I enjoyed the simpsons up to about season 10 then it sort of just dropped off. Now it's family Guy, South Park, Futurama, Venture Bros, lucy the daughter of the devil, boondocks, frisky dingo and Robot Chicken(xavier renegade angel is pretty good too).

I love anything that involves the time-space continuum. I'm especially interested in Superstring Theory, and moreso M-Theory. I love M-Theory, so I really enjoyed the idea of the show "Sliders" even though their facts were all wrong, and the chances that they'd run into the opposition they did really kind of blew out the whole theory upon which they built their "Einstein-Rosen-Podolsky Bridge" (which is the incorrect reference for the whole wormhole around which the show is based - they should've called it a "Morris-Thorne Wormhole").

Turns out they weren't part of the sale so I got it today. It was fantastic. "Paradox resolved. Someone get a mop!" :D
