You have Keith Emerson and Thijs van Leer on your keyboardists list.
You win the game.
Though, you're missing Peter Hammill from Van Der Graaf Generator on your vocalists list. The guy's brilliant.

well, just considering my music collection is about 73.2% pre-2000 its what makes it that way...

I try to balance my collection, but it still leans towards post-1989 than pre-1989. Haha.

i tried to balance more based on genre rather than time period, (though I feel I failed even at that, massively)
i dont believe in dividing music by year, you can't really learn anything or get into other music by doing so,
like me, I love progressive rock/metal so I try to branch out myself to similar genres and bands that fall within those genres no matter what time period the band is from

I don't think I set standards. It's mostly if it sounds good to me or not. I just seem to prefer music made after the "classic rock" era, I guess.
