Seiously man I paid alot of money for this game and for the guitar to stop working after 1 day after I purchased it. Now you guys billed my credit card another $100 and cant even give me any information on the status of my new guitar. Best of all I can even call because your customer service phone number because it doesnt work anymore. I feel like you stole my money pushed my patience and I want an explanation !
You guys where quick to charge my cc $100 but after that now you cant even give me a honest answer ! Wheres my guitar when is it going to ship and do you guys even have them in stock ? This game now cost me $270 and still havent recieved any explanation or any information on wheres my new guitar. Atleast post something on your website and assure us that this going to be taken care of and when it will be addressed. Im close to calling my credit card company and disputing the charge b/c I didnt agree to let you hold $100 on my card if the guitar didnt ship 2nd day air. Its a freakin week allready so dont give me and bs story that it was the holiday BS !!

The problem I have with this is when going through the menus in the system, it makes it seem like you'll be getting your replacement in 2 days, when that's not really the case.
Plus, I would like some sort of statement about how this happened. Is it a bad design that they've now redesigned? Was it bad manufacturing of an otherwise good design? I essentially want to know if they're just tightening a screw that's just going to loosen again, or if the thing will indeed be solid after going through this process.

I feel the same way, I ordered my replacement Tuesday last week. The status of the UPS shipping still says "shipping information received". I am very, very, very angry. Where the F@#$ is my replacement Harmonix????!!!! You are looking to ruin your good reputation over this launch, this is horrible customer service!!!!!

Amen to all of that. For that kind of money, whether you're rich or have had to save up for the last 7 months in a piggy bank, the result for a lot of us was absolutely ridiculous. Instruments not working, a support center that can't speak english or understand the issues, a "2-day express" that is now on it's 7th day (Yea, I know the holidays and all)...all of this and much more has led me to actually return the game for a full refund. Maybe in 6 months or so things will be in better shape....It's just hard to take for the hype and the price.

Same - this is a bit crazy at this point - They need to give us more information and give us a time frame for when they will ship. Because you put a $100.00 hold on my CC days back and the information hasn't updated - We have no idea when our replacements will ship. We want to know when they will ship and why it's taken well over 7 days to do it. Now we are approaching the end of a nother day with not a word on the SHIPMENT
ANSWER your customers damn it.

omg I just got threw EA cusomer service and the guy couldnt find my order. I gave him all my information and they have no idea what happened. One thing for sure is that they charged me and have no idea if they shipped me a new guitar. They kept me on hold and kept transfering me to someone else. My wife is talking mark from Ea right now lets see how that goes.

I would have just taken the game back to toys r us where I bought it, but they had none left in stock. I even have the extended warranty, but what good is it with no replacements available. Been waiting a week and still my order is in the shipping info received phase.
I really feel like boxing this up and getting my $$ back. I will give it one more day then forget it, I will demand a refund. I know my guitar is gonna die right after I get my drums and I will have to go through this all over again.

after 50 minutes of frustration on the phone this guy helped me out finally. Thank you Mark from EA he took care of all my questions , concerns and helped with my inconvienence. I just hope I get it when they said it would ship. Im starting to relax and will update when my new instrument arrives hopefully now before the weekend even though I expected it yesterday.
I suggest for anyone waiting for a replacement instrument from warranty give them a call and make sure they have your order.

I just love it after all that non sens still no ****ing guitar. Im still getting the run around about where it is and when its going to ship. I cant believe this bull**** they keep giving me about the status of my order. I wish someone from Ea will step up stop lying to me call the ****ing warehouse and yell !! Someone need to be accountable and no one seems to know anything and Im stuck here with no guitar still.

Why after calling 7 or 8 times and giving my phone #, address, & email address does EA still not have a gutiar at my door. Why have I been told a different story everytime that I call?!? Why does this RMA Request say Xbox?!? I DO NOT own an Xbox!!!!!! I Said PS3 to every person I've spoken to!!!!! I've been told by "supervisors" that they will call me back. NOT ONE CALL YET. I gave my credit card # on 11/23/04 for 2 day shipping. Still haven't got a thing from EA except a $100 hold on my credit card!!!
We all are in the same boat it would seem.
EA SUCKS!!!!!!!

This pretty much sums up the reason I've been upset. I guess I naively expected to get a replacement within 2 business days and it's been well over that. Thankfully I should be getting my replacement tomorrow according to UPS. It'll be over 1 1/2 weeks since I submitted the request online though.

Dude I really feel bad for you. I feel bad for all of us having to deal with all these issues, they seem to be never ending. I am at a loss of words for the things I have heard happening on the forums.
You seemed to have been real patient too....and look what happened.
I'm sorry man, hopefully things improve for all of us.

been 2 weeks for me...haven't got a replacement, called loads of times been told everything from they had no more guitars to they ran out of boxes, software glitch on order site, mistake by shipping department and so on...i don't care about excuses i just wanted my replacement item which i didnt get but i did get billed for it..ea support site says it's been shipped but then again it has said that for over a week...free game for this bull? How about a free rockband bundle since we're all basically beta testers, refund us our cash we paid.

So after the whole ordeal the original order is never coming just like I assumed. Which I told them that in the first place to just cancel the first one and redo everything again. But EA kept telling me to wait for a couple of more days which ended up being 2 weeks. Finally long story short a guy re-ordered the guitar and it just got to my house today so I might be happy but not sure because Im not home yet. I just hope I got the right package and new working guitar for the right system.
Anyways if you still havent recieved your guitar and ordered it before the Thanksgiving weekend !! THEN I reccomend you call EA support and dont get off the phone until you get a new RMA # and a new tracking number.
