So my drums don't turn on. I've taken the working batteries out of my guitar and put them in the drums. They don't turn on. I put the batteries from my drums in the guitar, and the guitar works. All six batteries were working, but the drums were not. I was not happy when they came out of the box like this.
I've taken all the steps I can, reported my problem, sent in my receipt, signed up for express replacement, but my request seems to have been ignored. It promises a response in 24 hours, it has been over 48.

I previously had a problem where they did not email me as they had promised, but the replacement hardware was mailed on time regardless. As much as I hate to say it, I would try calling again.

Has anyone found a fix for this? My friend has the same problem, did you ever get around to fixing it?

So although I was under the impression that my question would be answered in 24 hours, and my drums would be delivered 3-5 days later, it took them 110 hours to respond and over a week to deliver. Round trip 11 days.
The catch?
They delivered me a wireless guitar instead of Drums. I honestly don't know what kind of monkeys they have working over there.

Unfortunately, this is the second time in a week that I have read that they sent the wrong instrument. HMX might want to talk to EA about the bad reputation they are getting due to EA's problems with handling the warranty process.
