View Full Version : Anyone who ordered a replacement on 11/20 or 11/21 had theirs shipped yet?

I haven't personally seen one post on here of someone who RMA'd early on and has had their hardware shipped out...I am starting to see more and more posts from people who submitted theirs from Friday onward that have had their items shipped...I called them last Wednesday morning (11/21) and my tracking still stays "billing info received"...anyone else?

there's a select few who claim there stuff says shipped on ups tracking.
mine personally still says the same thing as you.

I requested RMA on 11/20 almost immediately upon recieving it. My UPS tracking number still shows "Billing info Received".
This is most disturbing.
Has ANYBODY received their replacement yet?

Nope. EA said it would arrive within 2 weeks, though.

Mine's scheduled to come tomorrow, it's halfway here (been tracking it). But I gave them my credit card #, so I think I'm in a different boat.

I mentioned this on another thread, but I placed my request in on the 21st (yellow fret button stuck in the "pressed" position within the game.. not physically, just in-game) and I got a tracking #. However, while I did "express" my credit card hasn't been charged, I have no box, and someone mentioned to check EA Support account for a "My Questions" listing, and I don't even have that.
I also didn't get any emails confirming they have my info, but fortunately I wrote it down next to my computer at home, and I'll have to check the tracking #.

Gave them my CC info also UPS says, billing info recieved, but I may be getting the runaround from their Customer Support phone line, they said it shipped out from them this morning at 10:46 A.M. She said I should have it by tommorow....
I will check the UPs site later toninght and see if anything has updated....

After numerous calls, I'm starting to get consistent information that Tomorrow (28th) will be the day because none of them shipped out until Monday due to the holiday. I'm still concerned though as I called UPS directly and they said they haven't even picked it up yet. So I guess we'll see what happens tomorrow.

I gave them my credit card number as well and it still has not shipped

WTF, people who put in requests long after me are getting their items. I am waiting for drums, which I see people have less problems with, so there should be a set to send me. AT LEAST GIVE US AN ETA, SO WE DON'T HAVE TO CHECK THE UPS PAGE 10 TIMES A DAY!!

I put in my express order on 11/20 at 9:50 AM EST. I have some weird things on my EA account about a new RMA on 11/21 and then something with the subject EA RMA Customer Script and Unresolved status on 11/25.
Anyway, my UPS info is also just Billing info received.

Placed my request on the 24th (broken strum bar on guitar) and my info through UPS still says billing info recv. When checking through EA's site, it says "new RMA" under status.
My CC has a $100 hold placed on it.
What gives Harmonix? My order, along with everyone elses place from the 22nd to the 25th, should have shipped on the 26th. I do not understand why this company is completely ignoring all of the consumers that are have probs.

I did replacement on 11/20 and used my credit card, my cards been charged but nothing has shipped. I'll give them until Friday then I'm doing a dispute on the charge with Visa. It's bs they claim 2nd day air shipment but it seems like they are shipping orders placed the 26th and 27th first.
Last night around 11:30 PM EST I placed an RMA for the Xbox 360 Guitar. I checked my bank account and $125 had been withdrawn.
As of around 12:30 PM EST 11/27/07, the My Questions entry for the RMA had been updated as "Parts Shipped".
