When i went to the customer support page i had to go through a series of questions that asked me what was wrong with my guitar. This is a problem, however, bc the thing that is wrong with my guitar is not one of the choices. My guitar has a broken whammy bar, and i was wondering what i should answer or do concerning this issue.

Same with my guitar, broken whammy.

As long as you get to a dialog that states you need a replacement, the way I look at it is, who cares how you get there?

does it matter at all though, or can i just get a replacement no matter what. yeah i noticed that too but i didnt want to keep going bc i wasnt sure if it mattered or not. thnx
