There's rounds of primaries and then there's a final round. In fact it's how we decided the president. If you don't like the process you don't have to vote. We have a lot of votes already.

That's fine. Well we decided to do it in the American fashion. Some users suggested a final round and I thought it sounded like a good idea. And the race has been close the whole time. This will be the last round and everyone's final opportunity to cast their vote. And this time the votes are being cast by secret ballot. (which is how I should have done it in the primary)
