The Protomen

A still somewhat unknown band, very quickly working their way up the ranks, raveging this world and freeing it's citizens with their rock.

With powerful lyrics and some amazing guitar rifts this band has taken retro gamers and fans of epic and awesome by storm.

Hope Rides Alone would be so awesome. That, and I know it wouldn't be so much fun for the vocalist, but Due Vendetta and Sons of Fate would be pretty sick.

The Protomen on Rock Band would be the coolest thing ever. I'd definitely buy that in a downlaod pack, and so would all my friends. I'd take any song off their album, so any of the ones listed above, including "The Will of One."

Geeze, if that happened it would be one of the most epic ways to release their new album ever. That and blowing up the moon. Fine choices, both of them.

The Will Of One deserves to be in Rock Band. The Protomen is one of the most talented bands in the United States, and I truly believe that, sooner of later, they will get the recongnition for that. If you'll put Freezepop in every damn game you make you might as well balance it out with something good.

I would crap my pants if I saw Protomen on Rock Band. I didn't hear about them until I saw them live December 1. Not only is it epic hearing Mega Man as a rock opera, but I've also been holding a line Protoman said close to me.

"Tell me now. Is there a man among you here? Is there no one who will stand up and try to fight? Tell me Man, is there not one in all your ranks? Is there not one who values courage over life?"


Also, it'd be sweet to rock out some vocals to Vengeance.

The Protomen would definitely be an awesome band to have on Rock Band. Almost every single song on the album would be sweet, especially The Will of One and Vengeance. Would be awesome if they have the whole album on Rock Band; we need more concept albums like this.

I'm absolutely ashamed that I only found these guys last week when they were mentioned on the the Penny Arcade homepage. It might be niche, but the music is easily deserving of a spot on the Rock Band list alongside the JoCo/Frontalot/Thickets stuff and the style would probably translate a lot better for people who weren't interested in the lyrical content.

I'd put the whole album on there, but I think the best fit right now is probably:
