DLC problems RHCP

Ive purchased the RHCP album blood sex sugar majik (excuse spelling) on my 360 but the download keeps getting stuck at 73% ive tried re downloading like 10 times now and ive tried over a 2 week period
getting a bit fed up

any one else suffered form this

or anyone got any ideas that may help (that isnt switch to PS3 :P) ?

pwnflakes, you may want to scan over this thread (http://www.rockband.com/forums/showthread.php?t=86870&highlight=Download+song+problems+Marketplace). It's about 30 pages long but there are some suggestions about deleting the partial download while offline and then try to redownload it.

I'm having problems with two different songs (Shake and Gimme Three Steps) - I tried downloading them last night and today, and they keep getting stuck at 1%. Although they aren't RHCP songs, I'm looking through the thread to help my problem as well.
