What is the H underneath my name and it looks like it has one bold person and 3 other clear ones next to it. I am on the band profile screen. I also see one on the tour map screen next to a set list and there is a W next to the another set list

Ok cool thank you. If I started playing with a friend, would that amount of highlighted people go up or do I have to start another band to make them bold.

Yes, based on average difficulty. When my wife played along on medium for a while, my X changed to an H.
