Songs won't play?

I have a couple songs that don't play - after selecting the song, the game freezes when transitioning to the play mode. Does anyone have any suggestions to fix this? I've tried redownloading the songs but that didn't do anything. Help would be appreciated!
SONGS:
Pretty Woman (Roy Orbison)
Funk #49 (James Gang)

Also when selecting either of these songs in the playlist, it does not preview the song. I am using an xbox360.

Problem solved:
I deleted the songs from the Dashboard|System|Memory|HardDrive|Games|Rockband. Then I redownloaded - that fixed the problem.
