I have a buddy named Bob. He's a bassist in a band. You know what's weird about it, IbanezBassist? From your pictures, attitude and Bob's attitude, I'm pretty damn sure you're really him living a double life through the internet.

Bob's in a band called Teay's Vein. They're from Ft Wayne, IN. Standard stuff. MySpace and teaysvein.com if you want to look them up.

UPDATE: Teay's Vein has a show on Saturday they're headlining. I texted Bob and told him I found him a stunt double. I'm going to try to convince him to get some pyrotechnics set up and then, IB, you're going to jump through them, dressed as Bob. It will be awesome!

That place was packed, too. I was so confused, people were yelling out song name-requests...

The people actually KNEW the band's songs... I was so shocked. I talked to a kid next to me who told me, "These guys kick ASS!" A group drove from Ohio to come see this show (4 hours, they say). Apparently they get radio play up there...

And I'm standing there, saying things about how they were college roommates of mine. A strange day.

Then I punched that kid's friend in the face after he spilled beer on me and a buddy of mine.

You'd be surprised about how much regional music we have in Texas. A lot of small bands get air time, especially in Houston. Pitbull Daycare (they had a song on the SAW soundtrack) is from San Antonio, but I have to hate them because my g/f used to date their guitarist... bastard...

Think I'd spend the time to type all that backwards? I mean, that's honest to God backwards, first sentence is last, etc.

BTW, the restart did fix it, obviously. It was fun while it lasted, but it would have been too annoying for everyone else.
