Cannot update Wii RB2 info

I'm curious, is there a way to break and then reestablish the link between our Wii RB2 game info and my RB.com profile. No matter what we try, the site has not updated our band name from the change we made three days ago, nor the band member info and pics. Also, we can't get a a band photo to work with mulitple band members, although they have all been added as members of the band. Please help

My Profile->Edit Settings (on the right)->Game Settings (link to unlink there).

Thanks but even after a re-link, doesn't update the and and character info...grrrrrrr. Anyone have any ideas?

I have the same issue - not that my post helps but at least you aren't alone with this problem. Was updating regularly... all of a sudden just stopped updating about a week ago.

I've never been able to get my Band photo to show more than one member.
Also having the same issue with the site not updating.

I made a few chars about 24 hrs ago, none of them show up on the site list

Same here, my stats won't update. Plus I added a new band member and nothing. I even made a new profile and linked my game with it, but it just gave me the same stats as my other profile.

I finally got my profile linked to my game, and the site doesnt recognize the character my roommate made two days ago or the alterations I have made to my own character.

I have the same problem too, my band hasnt update at all since last week, what could be wrong?

I though it was a problem just about the clothes of my characters, as I didn't cared to look to much about the rest of my profile, but now I think nothing is being updated.

I play online allright, I even check regularly to see if the store is open (just as proof there is connection to the net), and the profile is not updated.

I have the suspicion this is somehow related to the problems that are being worked on with the store.

Any new news on this? - I've had new characters created in teh last week, and want to get pics fo them to send to the people that made them ...

Well the store is now up and running and we can purchase songs but site still not updating...........I'll be patient I guess!!!!

I have the same issue. I unlinked the console / game from the site and then reconnected - no go. I deleted the game info from the wii and started the band and members over from scratch still no updates same outfits in the photos and same stats as before.

Does anyone else find it odd that the HMX developers on this board will chime in on threads where it either doesn't have anyone complaining about a problem or they will chime in after a problem has been resolved, but on legitimate complaints like this they are so quiet that you can hear a pin drop?

Yeah, my stats haven't been updated in a few days, either; nor have tier outfits when I take pictures. :/
