Where can I retrieve my UPS tracking number?

So how did you guys get your UPS tracking number? I ordered a replacement guitar online on Saturday and don't recall being presented with one.

All I see on EA's Support site is under My Questions, just the status of my "Trouble Shooting Incident, which says "New RMA" (which has remained that way for four days now).

The support number is on the last page of the manual, in the warranty section.
