redemption code problem

I went through the whole process and got my confirmation email. I went through the rb2 music store to download oasis wonderwall, midway through the dl I hit back by accident and now I don't know how to continue dling my song and my redemption code doesn't work and ask to add microsoft points.

press the xbox guide -> scroll to the right select account management -> download history

By "redemption code" i'm going to assume you're talking about the 20 free DLC. When you put in the code, the 20 free songs automatically download. They're 20 specific songs, you do not get to choose which ones you want. This would explain why, when you tried to download Wonderwall, it wanted you to pay for it. If you put in the code and the download went through successfully, then you already have the 20 free songs. If the download did NOT completely successfully, then you can download them again from your download history.
