Main Band Name Change?

Is it possible to change the main band name that RB2 requires you select upon first playing the game? I just pressed right through without putting in a real name thinking I could delete it when I came up with a good name. Now I can't find a way to change this. I am speaking of the the name that is associated with the game itself and not a specific, user-created band.

Not sure exactly what you mean by the main band name?

Any bands you create are named by you. Those bands can be renamed from the Manage Band in Options or Extras (I always forget which one).

I think maybe it is called the "save profile"? It is the main name listed on my online profile and is listed above the band and character name when I go to the edit screen. It is also the name listed under my picture in the online profile on this website. The only way I can find to edit this is to delete all saved RB2 data from the Wii menu. I did this, but it still doesn't change on my online profile.

And that is the only way you can change it. My name is all in caps because I didn't understand the "press yellow for LC" yet. And it sucks. Since it's registered with the Rock Central server, it serves as your "username" like on PSN or XBL. Your screwed, sorry "AAAAAAA". Lol.

It may take time to register the change, and you may have to "reconnect" RB2 to RB.com

Sweet, thanks for the info! I actually put in my first name so now the rest of the family has to play under my name. At least at didn't do the "AAAAA" thing, or worse!
