Any events in Portland, OR that aren't 21+?

I know there's Rock Band Tuesdays at Ground Kontrol, which has been called the best rock band night in America by Dan Teasdale, but it's only for people 21 and up.
Since I'm only 15, that creates a problem for me.
So are there any that anyone here knows about?

The folks that do Rock Band Tuesdays at Ground Kontrol will soon be starting an All Ages Rock Band event on Sunday afternoons at Ground Kontrol, starting in a few weeks. Details are still being worked out. I will post specifics as soon as its confirmed.

All Ages Rock Band is now hosted at Backspace in downtown Portland. For August and September it will be the 2nd Sunday of the month from 7:00pm to 11:00pm.
