I try to call about none of my packages being shipped for a god damn week. This is ridiculous. They better second day air my empty box. Seriously I paid 180 to have them give me ****ty customer service. I know this isnt totally HMX fault but can you guys light a fire under their ass before you lose more fans. I really do enjoy the game and i want to play but WTF. If my **** isn't shipped tomorrow...ahhhh!

How is 2nd day air BS? They never said you would have the replacement in two days. In fact, they said it would be within two weeks. They'll still SHIP it 2nd day air.

fine not recieved but "in transit" UPS hasnt even touched mine yet. EA still has it.

But that's the thing, people are now beginning to receive the replacements. But the fact that it seems as though EA isn't sending them out in the order the RMAs were placed is total BS. It just is.

I sent/called EA, did the whole 2nd day stuff middle of last week. I'm still waiting. Now I see folks who barely requested theirs a couple days ago getting bumped to the front of the line..

If anything, it's not being handled correctly. And that's a definite understatement.

AS far as patience. I will be patient when my problems are handled correctly. Most companies won't do **** unless you make them. I am not one to just sit by and be all "oh well I paid 180 for this too bad it doesnt work". Sorry, but not one of thoe people.

Hmmm, never once did I even allude to, or assume such things. I'm not that angry actually, I have my Les Paul to use in the meantime. But that's not the point.

EA is dropping the ball in this situation, there's no way around that.

I don't think there's some lame conspiracy going on, just really shoddy equipment being sent to retail that wasn't tested properly(or it was and they still shipped it out).

You have a very big imagination..

Yes, you did. You said theres a line, and people are being bumped in front of you. Sure, I was a bit creative, a bit exaggerating, but that's how points are made.

I ordered mine on the 21 and it hasnt shipped yet, hmmm. Well, as long as i get one that's not defective i'm good.

ea stuffs everything up always have always will be the thorn in the side of video game growth

there customer service is beyond pathetic


thats what happens when u have a clear monoploy u get 2nd class service cause they can get away with it

patience with ea ive had 10 years of patience its about time i collected for once off these nazi's , only 1 company worse then ea an thats SOE an there not worse by much

garantee you harmonix will part company with ea for there next project its already dragging them under

Clear monopoly? They're second in terms of revenue, and have been for a while. Activision are top. So you can hardly call it a monopoly.

i called 3 in the morning so they do have 24 hour service....but it was funny about you getting hung up on. i thought it was my phone. they did that too me once too. i had to go through the damn process of entering the numbers again. im waiting as well for the replacement guitar. im on my last straw. they are out sourced i think, because the quality of the warranty deparment was horrible, and i could barely understand the guy.

I was told twice by two different customer service reps that it would be 2-3 business days total. The least they could do is come up with one time frame to give everyone instead of lying and screwing people around. Normally, I really wouldn't care. But my husband is in the military and we are shipping out to Hawaii in a week. If I had known in the first place that it was going to be more than the 2-3 days that they told me I would have waited. The other thing that makes me mad is the customer service over in India lying. This guy last night tried to tell me that it was UPS because the weather was bad, and when I busted him on that he put me on hold and then tried giving me some other lame excuse. I'm not sure about anyone else, but I don't like to be lied to. Especially, when I have 1) Paid a lot $175for something, and 2) When I have an additional $100 tied up in it.

I actually had a very pleasant experience with the customer support rep. He was meticulous in his explanation of what is going on, and he provided me with a new tracking number that is on schedule for delivery today.

The reaction to this situation is hilarious. When all is said and done, you're going to have a new guitar for free. It's sad that it broke, given the financial investment, but it's really not the end of the world. Just because you spent money on something doesn't guarantee that it will be unbreakable, and a lot of companies aren't so quick to replace items as EA. The good thing about Rock Band is that it is a video game, inherently not existing outside itself. So the absence of it shouldn't effect your ability to do other things.

It's like no one here has ever had to wait on anything before.

I didn't even get the chance to use my guitar, it was DOA. I am hoping for a fast replacement.
