I have 2 achievements that won't unlock

I've been playing for about a week on Rock Band 2 and have 2 achievements that just won't unlock for anything!!!

The ones I am speaking about are:

Got Wheels
Win a Van in World Tour 20G

and

Jet Setter
Win a Jet in World Tour 20G

Ive unlocked the achievement for playing in all the venues so obviously I already have the jet. I also replayed the setlist called "Battle of the Vans" and still didn't get it to come up....

any ideas?

My best guess is that you were not signed in on the instrument you were playing when you completed those two setlists. Unfortunately, I don't think that you can simply replay the setlists. I believe that you have to start a new tour to get those achievements.
