By far, this company offers the WORST customer service EVER! So we got a new set up for x-mas. The mic was bad. No problem huh? Weeeeeellllllllllll.....almost two hours on the phone a day after x-mas and they said they would ship the mic it 2 to 3 business days.....waited,,,,waited,,,,waited...NOTHING. Kids are getting PISSED! Called back.....AGAIN....after over an hour....2 to three business days...guess what.....nothing! Called again tonight,,,,5 TO 7 BUSINESS DAYS! I---WILL---NEVER----BUY----ANYTHING----EVER----AGAIN----FROM----THIS ---COMPANY!.....and I will tell everyone that I know that!
This company stinks!
Wanna here some real music? Try DMUSIC.COM. Real independant musicians playing real music....not games.
FYI- I own a REAL $3000 Neumann Microphone and I have to put up with this.....TOY!

Harmonix doesn't stink. EA supplies the instruments. So EA stinks, not Harmonix..
