How do I contact these guys regarding my order. I sent them an e-mail about 6 days ago about cancelling my credit card order and they still haven't answered me after I received an auto-reply saying they'd get back to me within 24 hours. Is there a number I can call?

I don't know... they gave me an email address and phone number, tried both and got no response. That was back before it got released. Now I just got notified that it shipped... which blows... since i already picked one up on the release date.

I emailed them almost two weeks ago to cancel my order. I received a generic reply email with a reference # but no other correspondence. Today I get an email saying my order just shipped from rockbandstore.com. Argh!

Yeah, I called the 1-888 number that HMXSean gave me and I cancelled my order yesterday, before they processed the shipping. They don't answer their e-mails, you have to call them.
