Wii Freezing

I realized that everytime my game freezes during online play (and I restart my Wii and get RB2 back up), I can't get back to online playing till the following day (or at least a few hours later).

It says : "You have lost contact with Rock Central."

I was just wondering if there was...

Any way to stop/lessen this freezing?
Connect back to Rock Central?

Hmm... Try to unplug, and replug the phone cable of your router before reconnecting.

Yeah, power cycle the router and re-test it in the Wii UI. Then go back into RB2 and try again.
