Can I relock songs on RB2

If I unlock songs for a party can I relock them to earn the unlock on my own?

I'm not sure I understand why you would want to do that.

What difference does it make how it's unlocked? There's no "unlock" to earn really...

If you used the Unlock All Songs cheat code, it'll reset on its own the next time you start the game.

What about if you unlocked the songs in one tour and you want to play, on another tour, with songs of difficulties for the random set-lists that are what they were when you played on the first tour?

from what I'm seeing from the question, you can choose different difficulties for your setlists every time. the difficulty is never locked.

In tour, there are supposed to be different difficulty tiers with the different cities, or so I assume. However, if you have gotten through to a later city, such as Tokyo (meaning that you have unlocked the songs in all the cities leading up to it), on a certain tour and then you go to one of the earlier cities, like your hometown, and play a "Simple Set-list" it will randomly choose songs that you have unlocked, including the ones from cities near the end of the tour. My question is whether or not you can make the game not choose songs that you haven't unlocked in the tour you are currently playing in.
