How long before the status changes from billing info received to shipped?!?! It has been over a week and that is all it says.

Rumor has it that orders are not going out on a first come first serve basis, and some people that ordered right after launch aren't at the front of the line. Hard to tell though since EA isn't talking. A lot of us are in the same boat.

I put in my request this past Wednesday and no change. I have a feeling this might take a while...

It is possible that your RMA and/or UPS tracking number has actually changed since your order. If you ordered last week you can call and make sure you have the most up-to-date information. Some people thought their packages hadn't moved only to find out that a new UPS tracking # had been put on their actual package and that it was already on it's way.

Yet another sign that EA/HMX has horribly fumbled this game launch. Their silence on the issue is also frustrating.

Good luck with that. I spoke with some guy named "Sam" when he sounded like a "Raj" to me. He basically told me that they do have my order, but it is now up to the warehouse to send it.
