just got a quickie.....if i buy a copy of Rock Band from the States and bring it home to Canada to play on my Xbox 360, will everything work okay, online and offline? is packaging the only difference??

It should work because Canada uses the same region as the United States, which is NTSC. The instruments are USB and you guys use the same voltage as us, so power adapters aren't a problem. The only disadvantage is that you'll probably always fail the vocals when you add "eh?" at the end of each sentence.
