Anybody have tips on awesome emo hair? I've only had my hair trimmed once in two or three months because I'm waiting for it to grow long enough that it covers just one eye. Anyone have any styling tips?

Yeah I set up my guy with the hair that goes over one eye because I think it's awesometastic. I guess I just get bored with normal hair IRL. I dyed it white a few months back. I'm just looking for something new to do with it.

Listen, all "emo" haircuts are "weirdo-looking." And no, you can't "pull it off." It looks completely ******ed. Trust me, I did dumber things to my hair when I was young. I shaved the left half, left the right half long, and dyed the remaining bangs blond once. And yeah, even I'm calling this ******ed.

My bro and I were flipping through channels and came across a commercial for the 'Country-Cowboy version' of American idol---in it the host said he was having trouble writing a song because he isn't currently addicted to alcohol, his wife hasn't left him, he still has his job and his dog hasn't run away--that is when I realized, much like how cavemen preceded us cowboys preceded emos! Think about it:

They both wear tight pants

They like to sing about depressing stuff

Emos like cutting themselves, cowboys just tick off a bull and let the bull do the work

When it says "Is this" and has the arrows pointing at the one kid, the hairstyle he had was remarkably similar to a hairstyle that has been made recently popular among middle-aged women, at least where I live (Windsor, Ontario area). How it's kind of short and spiked up in the back, and with the longer bangs in the front (though not as long as the kid in the vid). I'm looking for a photo reference example, but I don't think it's really common outside my area, since I haven't seen it anywhere else.

Yep, that's where I got it. Nice to know someone gets it. Love the anime myself, picked up the soundtrack a while back. I'm a huge anime geek. And yes, Cautionary Warning would be the **** in Rock Band.

Oh no, your going about it all wrong. You don't bring her to your place, you never want to do that. Good lord man, last thing you need is some depressed chic that's on the verge of falling into the deep end doing so at your place.

You go to her place, as weird as it probably is, at least there you have no clean up to do. Also that way when ya need to get the hell out of dodge you don't have to worry about leaving someone at your place, nor do ya have to figure out a way of asking her to leave.
