bad guitar

bad drums ordered thru website 10-26 express

Just spoke w/ EA rep- says backlogged (of course) but everything from last week is going out TODAY... then she proceeded to tell me that I should expect to get my guitar w/in 5-7 days and my drums in 3-5days...

5-7 days w/ guitar going out today = 2 day air???

Did I fall asleep in 3rd grade or something in math class????

5-7 business days. Not total. So if you ordered on the 21st you might see it today (the 28th). More likely Friday or Monday. So yes. Your math is wrong.

Edit: Hey IB, Wednesday (when I ordered it) counts as one business day since I placed the order online before they opened. UPS was doing Air shipments on Friday and Saturday, so I should have gotten it Monday. TBH, I just want my fecking guitar. This situation has drained me. We should start a petition for HMX to split from EA and DEF.

Some stuff is being sent out 2 day air mail (like my new pedal) and some is going ground, not defining EA just hoping i can help makes some sense.

Yeah the girl I talked to told me the same thing a few minutes ago. We will see.

check your tracking number on ups, if it says 2 day air, then that is what it is and either the girl doesnt know anything and worked somewhere where shipping was ground before this, or they lied and yours hasnt yet been sent out. My guess would be though expect it thursday
