Ok, placed my order for a replacement guitar and drums on Friday, and like everyone else on here, I began to check the UPS website like I was a crack head looking to a drug dealer for a crack rock, and was constantly greeted with the "billing information received" status. After reading the repeated posts about people with the exact same thing...along with very few posts regarding people receiving their replacements, I decided to make a little phone call to EA. The rep told me that UPS can take up to 24 hours to update (although I have never had that problem with anything else that I've shipped), and assured me that my replacements were shipped out on Tuesday, and should arrive on Thursday. We'll see.....but just wanted to give a glimmer of hope to people that have the "billing information received" screen of death (BIRSOD??? I'm an idiot, forget that I ever tried to make an acronym for something that stupid).

My god I thought I was the only one camping UPS watching for when my fix would ship /shakes uncontrollably

Called EA and got the exact same story from a rep. Shipped Tuesday, should get Thursday. We shall see.....

I sent my request in on Wednesday night... The day before Thanksgiving. I got it yesterday. Tuesday in the morning. So far the guitar works. However, i don't know about those 1/16th notes yet.

Did your tracking number ever show your tracking info or just "billing info received"?

@SuperTr00p3r Did the rep even ask you for your rma number or your name? I called the rep and he did not even ask my name, number or anything. I just got a canned speach about how they cant control the ups updates. I kept asking about the EA ticket, but he would only talk about the UPS website.

I dont buy it. I have ordered TONS of stuff from amazon and ebay that ship from all over, and honestly, the UPS webpage is totally accurate. Info receied means they do not have your package. I have literally heard the knock on my door, and then checked the webpage and see package was delivered. This is what ups is famos for, and honestly, a few hundred or whatever guitars are not a big deal to UPS.

I agree that the 24 hours to update stuff is BS. If UPS has it you would see a scan. EA hasn't given it to them yet.

Yeah, he asked me for both of my RMA numbers, confirmed my name, and then gave me that status. But after reading the forums in the past ten minutes, my hopes are starting to dwindle. It seems that everyone that has received their replacements had the UPS site tracking their shipment. We'll see...and I'll be writing an update tomorrow.

LOL, yeah that was a pain to camp without a tracker :D.
