Guitarist looking for members for a band

I just started Rock Band 2 a few days ago...so I'm still on easy/medium. Well anyway, I'm looking for members for my band that are around the same rank or are patient with my suckiness at the moment.
So I'm looking for a bassist, vocalist, and a drummer. However I get above 90%

I mainly like to do Rock not Metal or punk...but an occasional one is fine.
I'd like to do World Tour.
