20 free songs help?

Sorry if this is in the wrong place.

I entered the code on the back of my Rock Band 2 game manual for those 20 free songs. I did this for two different e-mail addresses, and I've been waiting for over two hours on both of them.

What can I do?

I also have not received my confirmation Email after I put in the Redemption code on the back of the booklet. I've been waiting for about 24 hours on one email 20 on a second 12 and third and 2 on a fourth.

RB2 Wii, right? You don't need a code. Just access the Music Store in game, and the 20 free tracks will be listed at 0 points each.

Im having the same problem as well for xbox 360 i havent gotten any emails back from code or from asking for help
