Just wanted to plead to anyone who can help with a solution to my problem. I have been trying to get my drumkit replaced since the beginning of December and have had nothing but trouble. The first attempt ended with UPS losing the return box. The second attempt ended with Rockband service dept. losing my order . Now I am still waiting on the third attempt with no update from rockband as to the progress of my shipment. UPS still shows "billing info received". Does anyone have an uncle or something that works for Rockband that can get this taken care of for me? At this point I will definitly be apprehensive about making another Rockband purchase.

I would have to agree that their service department needs quite an overhaul.
Upon taking my drums out of the box they never turned on. I started the wheels turning with Express replacement on the 4th of january. On the 11th I finally get a package, but they sent a guitar instead. So now I have to send the guitar back (which I'm getting annoying e-mails from Harmonix about the fact that I haven't sent my 'drums' back yet) and still no drums. So far its been 3 days and they haven't shipped (still billing information received). You'd think after screwing up so bad they might try and reconcile with at least advertised service. When I hear "You should receive your drums in 3-5 days" I'd like to believe that. But at this rate I'll probably get another guitar this Friday.

Fixing a pedal can be pretty easy, but are you sure that it is the pedal and not the pedal connection inside of the drums?
