Replacement Guitar Still Has Not Shipped

UPS has not received my new guitar. I love the game and think the warranty program is more than fair. However, the fact that I was told to expect the guitar Monday or Tuesday of this week and it seems like it will be next week some time, is completely unacceptable.
All, I am saying is that setting the proper expectations would have been appreciated.

The original UPS tracking number given to you isn't always the one they end up using. Call EA if you want an update.

i was told everything would ship tomorrow. i know how you feel. ive been waiting since launch day because everything in my bundle was wrong and it still ahsnt shipped

Yeah I gave them some slack because of Thanksgiving and them maybe having an extra long weekend or something, but it's starting to get rediculous.

Right there with ya. Still waiting on a new guitar and mic. Picked 2nd day last Wednesday and they haven't shipped yet.
