DLC help?

I purchased and downloaded the Roy Orbison Ttrack pack and Space Truckin", Funk #49 and Hymn 43 but after download and installation the songs show up in the game but they will not load and there is no music. I redownloaded the three singles as they were purchased on a different day and would not load.
Has anyone had this problem and who should I contact?

No. I use an ethernet cable to connect to internet and only connect when I want to check store or download available songs. The last couple of times I noticed that when I signed in to store there was not an automatic update.
Could you explain how to get the patch?

My system always automatically prompts me for updates when available, but I also have a constant connection. Many users have stated problems with playing the last two weeks of DLC without patching their system. That could very well be your problem. As you aren't allowed to play online without patches, see if you can access some online multiplayer mode. It may prompt you to update prior to playing online.

I got it figured out. Just a Senior Moment! I was looking for updates without the game disc in. Now I will hook up ethernet and put the dusc in before I download! Duh!
