Wii dlc artwork

So, I just assumed for the free dlc they didn't have album artwork, but now I see they do have it in the store. It doesn't show up in the game, same with the songs i've paid for, so I'm wondering if that's how it is for wii when you donwnload songs or if it's just doing it to me for some reason. It's no big deal, just wondering.

It should be there. At least for most tracks. You may not see it much, though, as most of the time you'll be seeing setlists, which go where the art usually is.

well, after unlocking every song I only really play on quickplay, and that way it shows every album for every other song, but when I go to any dlc song, it just shows that red rock band 2 logo that it shows for kids in america. I thought it may just be the free junk, but I see no lady peace post-rape for and justice for all, I see no large rush emblem, I see no...weird red woman that reminds me of the justice for all album for hammerhead. nothing but the rock band 2. I'm not gonna stress over it, I just don't understand why it's not there.

It should be, at least I'm pretty sure. I don't play single songs enough to know FOR SURE though... And my Wii is in for repairs so I can't go check right this second on my DLC. Hopefully some other Wiitrards will speak up on the thread. Bump.

At first, free DLC did not have artwork for me, but purchased songs did. I remember clearly that And Justice For All had the art show up.

I had a problem recently downloading a couple new songs. I didn't have enough space on the SD card and somehow managed to have not only my DLC wiped out but also all my save data. (I read how this happened to at least 1 other person too - the "wii needs 57 more blocks free" error message).

I redownloaded all the free songs and songs I purchased, now none of them have artwork showing up. I thought they would, since I saw the free tracks had art in the store now.

I would so like to have album art for every song.

Yeah. I was kinda disappointed, as it's a little detail that makes the Wii version like the other versions.

It's odd, seeing as it takes about 1-2 seconds to load the album covers in the store.

And there are never album covers in tour. The only time you see the songlist in tour is for picking make-a-sets, and when you do those, you only see your list.

Or, maybe they left the album art out to save space on the Wii/SD card. Every little bit helps.

I do hope that they decide to change that. I don't know how many other people would really like to see it too, but it would be a very nice touch.

Those little images don't take up that much space I'm sure. It would even sway me towards being more likely to purchase that much more DLC!

Funny thing, I could swear before I redownloaded it that And Justice For All's album art DID show up in game.

Wow. Im glad to see that everyone else is having the same problem. When ever i ask some one about this they say. "It should be there." Well i hope HMX fixes this.

It's only shown where you're in the store looking at the purchase/preview options. I don't think it's actually stored on the Wii.

I'm new at this. I have RB2 for the Wii console. My question is when do they release new songs. ie. new Lenny Kravitz songs or No Doubt.
Second, Where can I download song packs.

Last Friday I Got Rock Band 2 For My Birthday. I Played It And Liked It. The Only Wierd Thing Is The DLC. The Album Art Dosent Show Up. When I Purchase A Song It Shows Up On The Preview Menu. But When Its On The Quickplay Setlist Or Tour Setlist It Dosent Show. It Only Shows The Wierd Looking Rock Band Logo. How The F**K Do I Get It To Show?
