View Full Version : Just spoke with Support about my replacement drums...

I just called EA Support about my replacement drum kit (more to the point when it would ship.) I was told that UPS was closed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. However, Scott said, they shipped out about 6000 items on Monday. Because of the holiday shipping traffic, there is about a 1 day backlog to get items to their destination.

I was told that they should be here on Friday or Monday at the latest.

HOWEVER, I felt a bit skeptical about the UPS being closed on Friday story, so I called UPS. They told me that they were not making UPS ground deliveries on Friday, but were shipping air packages and PICKING UP PACKAGES.

So, lets see if I get my package on Friday or Monday. I wish I could say that I am counting on them being here, but I would rather not lie so close to Christmas... Santa's watching you know.


Update: I just checked the warranty page and it now shows parts shipped as the status. UPS site still says billing information received. Hopefully tomorrow, but probably Monday.

I am in the same boat.
I ordered a replacement drum set on sunday night(bought the game, opened it and found defective blue drum pad) and I still show 'billing info received' on the ups site. I've called 3 times for 30minutes each. I get the run around everytime I call, and I can't even understand what they are saying anyway... seems everyone there speaks english as a second language. and they charged my visa $100 for the 2nd day air, express shipment ::rolleyes:: good call EA. This game has cost me almost $300 so far and I still can't use it.
