We are aware of some discussion over using the Rock Band warranty process outside of the USA.
Currently Rock Band has only been released in the USA and because of this the warranty process is only available within the United States. The only way to use the current warranty process for replacements is with a USA postal address.
As we get closer to the Canadian launch of the title with will be sure to post details on how that warranty process will work.
