Rock Band Store Help

For some reason, the Rock Band Store does not work on my PS3 from the RB2 disc. It is able to sign in, and then immediately signs out and gives me an error. To make things even more confusing, the store works with RB1, so I do not think it is my connection. Any help?

Do you have the latest patch for the game?

Yes I do... I get into the store for two second, and usually once I pick a category (New releases, songs, packs, etc) or hit up or down on the controller I get booted off.

Do you have a French-Canadian account, or are
you located in Quebec ?

If so, don't worry, we've been crying out loud
for 2 months now and still no answer from HMX.
