View Full Version : "My Questions" on EA Support

Alright, so even people who haven't had their guitars shipped, or even people without tracking numbers, have had something listed in the "My Questions" section of the support site.

I submitted my request for a new Guitar on Friday, got an RMA and Tracking number right away. Still haven't gotten the email, and nothing is listed on My Questions. Nothing. No "new RMA" or anything.

So, at this point is it a lost cause that I should attempt to start over again, or do I continue to just keep sitting on my hands waiting for my guitar to move? UPS has been picking up/shipping for 3 full days now and I'm still at "Billing Information Received"

see if they held any money, it could be an issue or maybe they have just gotten too tired of keeping thier site updated. Make sure u are signed in undert teh same name that you ordered the replacement. If it still deosnt show up, call them to make sure they got it. Do you have an RMA number? otherwise i thinkt hey can look you up.

Curious if anyone whose guitar has shipped and/or has gotten their new guitar have had this?

I'm hoping it's not a big deal, but I'd like to get this sorted out sooner than later, and it's already a few days later than I hoped.

i have called EA twice already and have had a pleasant time both times with everyone speaking english unlike what some people said. Give them a call, this morning, i wasnt on hold at all and then i called back about 10 minutes ago and was on hold 3 minutes at the most.

calling would probably be faster than waiting here for a response
