More variety in purchasable guitars

I just wanted to suggest that maybe in some future DLC releases, Harmonix might release new guitars or other instruments for purchase in the game's Rock Shop. I mean, I do love the dark-red and black sunburst fender I bought, but so many of the guitars are just slight variations of each other, and a lot of them are stratocasters (which I do like) or telecasters.

I bet the main issue is legal rights, Harmonix has the right to use Fender products and maybe another company or two, but nothing else. And that is perfectly understandable.

But it would sure be nice to get a wood-finish les paul for my guitar character. :)

And if RedOctane/Activision has a contract with les paul, that makes me sad. Because I'm not much of a metal person, and I don't really go for all the outlandish guitars like the goathead and such, so I have a lot of cash just sitting on my character. lol.

I second that, you should be able to download new everything (clothes, tats, instruments, hair styles, single player BWT :p) pretty sure that's in the works.

Yeah, RO has an exclusive deal with Gibson, AFAIK.

I got my jazz bass, I'm happy. Maybe more jazz basses? I want a 70s J-Bass without the metal covers. And an old-school Fender with the finger rest below the strings.
